Theater Arts/Drama Director Innovation Academy Charter School – 3.7 Tyngsboro, MA Job Details 1 day ago Qualifications Mid-level 2 years Full Job Description The Theater Arts Director at IACS will be responsible for oversight of a joint Middle & High School program The Theater Arts Director helps foster artistic expression, student development, and community engagement through high-quality theater productions and enrichment opportunities. On an annual basis the Theater Program performs two productions, occurring November and March, as well as a smaller spring production in May that is normally student-led. The Theater Director also organizes three (3) summer camps, each lasting one week which primarily serves to act as enrichment opportunities for younger, aspiring actors. This position will be stipend-based in nature, similar to other extracurricular options. For the 2025-2026 School Year, the stipends will be:
November Production:
$10,000
March Production:
$10,000
May Production:
$5,000
Summer Drama Camp:
Range between $1000-1500/week depending on registrations
