Full Job Description TAPA:
Trinity Academy for the Performing Arts , an academically rigorous public charter school for the arts, is seeking a full-time Spanish and English Language Development (ELD) teacher for the 20252026 school year. This role serves students in grades 512 and supports both content-area Spanish instruction and English language development for Multilingual Learners (MLLs). APA is seeking a certified Spanish and English Language Development (ELD) teacher. This dual-role position requires teaching Spanish as a world language and providing English Language Development (ELD) support to multilingual learners. The ideal candidate is culturally responsive, committed to equity, and skilled in delivering differentiated instruction that supports both language acquisition and academic success. The ideal candidate recognizes and celebrates the interconnections between language, culture, and the arts through a culturally responsive pedagogical framework. They bring a passion for inclusive, student-centered instruction, and a belief in the power of education and creativity to transform communities. About TAPA TAPAs anti-oppression creative community is enriched by the cultural, religious, racial, ethnic, and linguistic diversity of our neurodiverse families, students, and employees. Demographically, nearly all TAPA students are people of color, predominantly Latinx, with many students speaking both English and Spanish in their homes.
