Barrett@tsc.fl.edu The Florida Public Safety Institute is looking for Law Enforcement Traffic Oriented Instructors to teach any of the following
FDOT Tuition Free Courses:
Basic Traffic Homicide Investigation Advanced Traffic Homicide Investigation Traffic Homicide Reconstruction Crash Scene Mapping with Speed Lasers Speed Measurement Course Speed Measurement Instructor Course Breath Test Operator Course Potential Instructors should be comfortable teaching the Traffic Homicide or Speed Measurement Courses.
Minimum Experience/Education:
high school diploma or equivalent. Instructors MUST have their Current FDLE General Instructor Certification or their Speed Measurement Instructor Certifications. FDLE Instructor Exemptions may be made on a case by case basis.
SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WILL DEMONSTRATE THE FOLLOWING
: Knowledge of the following: State of Florida Criminal Justices Standards and Training rules and regulations. The selected individual must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and must demonstrate effective interpersonal skills; sound judgement; problem solving skills; and possess positive motivational skills.
