Responsibilities Conduct classroom and behind-the-wheel driver training sessions for new and experienced drivers. Teach defensive driving techniques, road safety rules, and proper vehicle operation. Provide constructive feedback and evaluation to students to improve their driving skills. Ensure adherence to state laws and company policies during all training sessions. Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance. Qualifications High School Diploma and or GED Experience in training or education, preferably in a driver education setting Strong knowledge of traffic laws, defensive driving techniques, and safe driving practices. Patience and ability to work effectively with students of varying ages and skill levels. Clean driving record and valid driver’s license. Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
