The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating students on safe driving practices, traffic laws, and vehicle operation. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a classroom environment effectively. As a Driving Instructor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the driving skills of new drivers, ensuring they are well-prepared for their driving tests and real-world driving experiences. Duties • Develop lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of students. Provide hands-on driving instruction in various conditions to enhance practical skills. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their driving abilities. Maintain classroom management to create a positive learning environment. Communicate effectively with students and their families regarding progress and areas for improvement. Stay updated on state driving laws and regulations to ensure compliance in teaching practices. Qualifications Proven experience in adult education or teaching, preferably in a driving or transportation-related field. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate students. Experience working with students of varying ages and backgrounds. Knowledge of effective classroom management techniques. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required. Certification as a Driving Instructor is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for qualified candidates.
