D-BAT Dacula , one of the nation’s premier indoor softball training facilities, is looking for a dedicated Softball Pitching Instructor to join our growing team.

Position Overview:

As a Softball Pitching Instructor , you’ll specialize in developing pitchers across all age levels. From teaching proper mechanics and body control to building mental toughness and pitch variety, you’ll be instrumental in helping young athletes achieve their full potential on the mound.

Responsibilities:

Conduct private and group softball pitching lessons for players ages 6 and up Teach pitching mechanics, drills, routines, and mindset techniques Customize lesson plans based on each player’s age, experience, and goals Track player progress and communicate effectively with parents Set your own lesson schedule with flexibility to meet your availability

Preferred Qualifications:

Playing experience as a softball pitcher , preferably at the collegiate or high school level Coaching or private lesson experience focused on pitching development Familiarity with pitching mechanics, injury prevention, and pitch progression Positive, encouraging attitude with a passion for youth development Strong communication and interpersonal skills Punctual, reliable, and professional
