JOB DESCRIPTION
Must have one year experience in intermodal/trucking Assist with Conducting and coordinating new driver orientation classes Assist in recruiting qualified Owner Operators and Company Drivers Send out (fax) VOPE’s for new driver applicants Communicate with Application Auditor to get driver applicants qualified Inspect driver’s hours of service compliance Assist with all aspects of safety compliance: Expired Documents and Training Assist with In-House Vehicle Maintenance Program
JOB REQUIREMNTS
Ability to conduct CMV driver safety and operations instruction and training in an office setting as well as outdoors. Good knowledge of FMCSR
- Preferred Good understanding of FMCSR part 395
- Hours of Service of Drivers
- Preferred Ability and desire to promote IMC to potential CMV drivers Knowledge and understanding of truck maintenance and repair.
Willing to Train the right motivated person. Willing to Travel to other terminals within the region.
