As an academic and clinical affiliate of Baptist Health and Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, the College of Medicine offers a unique environment for innovation and growth.
As the Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine continues to advance and expand its undergraduate and graduate medical education programs, we are in search of passionate physicians, faculty, and administrators in the medical and educational fields who are eager to contribute to our mission. We are inviting applicants for an open-rank appointment as Assistant/Associate/Full Professor with expertise in the following areas, including:
Undergraduate Medical Education
Graduate Medical Education
Academic Medicine Administration
Basic Science and Translational Research
Academic Clinical Practice
This presents a unique opportunity to actively participate in shaping a vibrant academic community, influencing the trajectory of our programs, and driving the advancement of medical education.
Minimum qualifications include an MD, PhD, Doctorate degree, or relevant graduate degree, and a minimum of five years of experience in academic/educational leadership or equivalent experience.
Preferred qualifications include demonstrated experience within medical education; familiarity with LCME and ACGME accreditation standards; strong oral and written communication skills; and proven ability to collaborate effectively.
