The successful candidate supervises a residential community that promotes learning and a caring Christian atmosphere that will enhance personal and spiritual engagement for residents. The selected individual must be available to reside on campus. Faulkner University is a Christian university affiliated with the churches of Christ. This is a part-time position (approximately 15 hours per week) with fewer hours required during the summer months.

Summary of Duties:

Supervise daily operations and programs of assigned apartments; serve as liaison for the University with student residents, parents and visitors Develop and coordinate educational, social, and spiritual programs Submit accident and conduct reports to the proper department(s) Assist in overseeing general facility operations to include regular on-site inspections and reporting of maintenance problems Maintain a list of all student residents in assigned facility Responsible for contacting parents/guardians about any emergency concerning a student as outlined within guidelines Maintain and issue keys for all rooms in the apartments Attend and monitor chapel as assigned by the

Dean of Students Qualifications:
