Full Job Description Qualifications:

Current Alabama Teacher’s Certification Master’s Degree or higher with an endorsement in Educational Administration K-12 Demonstrated successful administrative or supervisory experience preferred Demonstrated positive communication skills both verbal and written

Essential Duties :

Serve as the instructional and administrative leader of the school Analyze different data sources in making data-driven decisions for instruction Work with staff, students, and the community to ensure a high-quality educational program Formulate and accomplish the school’s mission Provide leadership for an environment of high expectations for staff and students Motivate and lead professional learning communities that focus on teacher development Support the use of technology to motivate and prepare students for the 21st century Provide a safe, orderly environment that facilitates learning Support school-related activities that enhance teacher, student, parent, and community relations Establish a positive relationship with students, parents, co-workers, volunteers, and other visitors
