Principal Qualifications:
A master’s degree from an accredited institution. Valid teacher certification for either the elementary or secondary level. At least three years of successful experience as a classroom teacher. Valid certification as an administrator. Advanced graduate work in educational administration/leadership. Such alternatives or additional qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable.

Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism. 11. Designs and implements an individual professional development plan.
