Position Summary
Compensation is based on 19 hours per week. If not indicated, the hourly rate will be determined by the supervisor.
The Part-Time CRM Assistant provides general support for enrollment communications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system tasks. This position assists with CRM processes, student outreach, data entry, and project coordination while ensuring smooth communication between college offices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist the Director with student communication efforts via email, text, and digital media using TargetX CRM and similar platforms.
Prepare email templates and text message drafts for distribution via CRM and other communication platforms (e.g., Mongoose Cadence, Twilio).
Support CRM-related tasks, including data entry, record updates, and troubleshooting under supervision.
Monitor and process incoming student communication requests submitted via email, Asana, or other task management systems, ensuring timely completion.
Communicate with various offices (Admissions, Financial Aid, Advising, etc.) to provide updates on the status of student communication requests.
Assist in setting up and scheduling campus events within the CRM, including registration pages, reminders, and follow-up communications.
Scan, organize, and input student records into the CRM system.
Assist with CRM training efforts by preparing materials and helping staff navigate the system.
Perform other duties assigned to support student communications.
Qualifications

Education:

Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience:

Prior experience in customer service, office administration, or student support preferred

Computer Skills:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Technical Skills:

Familiarity with CRM platforms (TargetX, Salesforce, or similar) is helpful but not required; training will be provided.

Project Coordination:

Ability to track and follow up on requests received via email or task management systems (e.g., Asana) and communicate progress effectively.

Communication Skills:

Ability to communicate professionally via email, phone, and in person.

Organizational Skills:

Strong attention to detail and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
