Job Description:
Admissions Represents the MSF program to the broader university community, external community and other stakeholders, providing admissions and program information and advice to current and prospective students, faculty and others. Executes admissions processes, including responding to inquiries, acknowledging receipt of recommendations, assembling application files, coordinating interviews, releasing decisions, processing Graduate School online applications through all stages of Slate, and performing student data records tasks in myUFL Student Information Systems. Student Services Oversees student records and services, including course registrations, processing Combined Degree forms and Petitions, monitoring academic progress and credit hours towards graduation, submitting Transfer of Credit forms utilizing UF GIMS system with accompanying memos to the Graduate School, entering Graduation Milestones in UF Student Information System (SIS), and completing degree certifications in SIS. Maintains informational records on program alumna, current and prospective students. Operational Tasks Performs additional program operations as needed, such as: Researches and compiles data on current students and alumni for SACCS, Assurance of Learning, and other College
- and University-level reporting.
Manages visiting speakers’ logistics, scheduling classrooms, registrations, parking, and photography for program events and activities. Assembles relevant program data for presentations, publications, and reporting. Manages the programs’ Elearning (Canvas), website and internal databases. Assists the Director with graduation and alumni receptions. Assists with creating alumni announcements, publications, and other communications. Support student participation in competitions and conferences by managing all aspects of travel, including booking, reimbursements, and related tasks

Required Qualifications:
Master’s degree and three years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
