$43,888.00 – $68,773.43

Position Summary:
Hiring Salary Range:

$43,888.00 to $48,276.80 depending on qualifications. Coordinates and provides comprehensive EAP student support to ensure student success from first semester through program graduation.

Job Duties:

Presents orientation sessions, ensures understanding of, and ability to use, HawkNet and uses technology to keep students informed of dates, events and actions. Coordinates the EAP student support program with the EAP faculty and Student Services departments to ensure student retention and success, as well as program improvement. Develops, implements, assesses, and coordinates all EAP student programs using multi-media approaches. Conducts continuous program improvement strategies. Manages EAP social media content Serves as EAP Club Advisor Creates and conducts multi-media orientation sessions. Teaches HawkNet skills, assists students in developing first semester course schedule and in registering through HawkNet. Creates and publishes electronic newsletter through HawkNet to disseminate information to new students, including important dates and events, and actions students must take. Develops and maintains website for new student information. Prepares annual assessment of EAP student orientation programs. Prepares statistical, analytical, and narrative reports to be used for program improvement and retention data analysis. Serves as liaison among all Student Services departments to ensure the needs of EAP students are met as quickly and smoothly as possible. Reports to EAP Manager Some evenings required. Performs other similar and related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual, English/Spanish – Proficiency in both languages in speaking, reading and writing.
