The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Principal in the administration of the school, fostering a positive learning environment, and enhancing student achievement. This position requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to educational excellence, and the ability to engage effectively with students, staff, and the community. Duties Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs that meet the needs of all students. Provide leadership in supervising and evaluating teaching staff to ensure high-quality instruction. Collaborate with teachers to enhance classroom practices and promote innovative teaching strategies. Engage with students to support their academic and social development, addressing their needs effectively. Participate in fundraising activities to support school initiatives and programs. Contribute to strategic planning efforts that align with the school’s vision and goals. Conduct public speaking engagements to represent the school at community events and meetings. Support senior leadership in administrative tasks, including policy development and implementation. Experience Proven experience in education administration essential. Strong background in supervising staff and managing classroom environments effectively. Experience working directly with students in an educational setting is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability in fundraising initiatives and community engagement efforts. Excellent public speaking skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. A track record of strategic planning within an educational context is preferred.
