Job Description:

The Student Success Center Receptionist is directly accountable to the Associate Director of Student Success Navigation for the following duties and responsibilities: The individual filling this position is expected to play a positive leadership role in helping the College effectively manage change. Act as greeter and front desk customer service professional for the Student Success Center.
Respond to phone calls, online chats, emails, in-person and web inquiries in a professional, customer service-oriented manner.
Maintain the appearance of the main lobby and ensure visitors’ needs are being met in a timely, professional manner.
Provide general administrative support for the department as needed.
As a part of the college’s risk management tool annual mandatory compliance training is required.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High School diploma required; experience in reception and/or customer service preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) required.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to multitask and effectively prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends.
