We offer a nurturing environment where children from ages 6 weeks through elementary school can thrive through hands-on experiences and a variety of enriching programs. We are looking for a hardworking _ LEADER _ with a vision and passion for education. Summary We are seeking a passionate and experienced School Principal to lead The King’s Academy. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the educational programs, fostering a supportive environment for both staff and students, and ensuring the highest standards of educational excellence. This position is vital in shaping the future of our young learners and the future of The King’s Academy. This person will oversee the Preschool and Elementary School, as to provide a unified vision for our educational programs. Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of educational programs that meet the needs of all students. Manage daily operations of the school, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment. Provide leadership and support to teachers and staff in curriculum development and classroom management. Engage with parents, community members, and stakeholders to promote the school’s mission. Oversee fundraising efforts to support school initiatives and enhance resources. Conduct regular assessments of student progress and program effectiveness. Facilitate professional development opportunities for staff to ensure continuous improvement. Requirements Proven experience as a School Principal and Leader. Strong understanding of classroom management techniques and curriculum development. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire staff and students alike. Effective communication skills, including public speaking abilities. Experience in strategic planning and fundraising initiatives is a plus. A passion for early childhood education and commitment to fostering a nurturing environment. An understanding of budgets and the ability to help build the institution into the future. A Master Degree or greater in Education and Leadership is required, or the experience that matches. Experience with accounting and management is preferred. A Florida Director Credential is preferred. We are interested in a candidate that is married and family oriented, not required, but strongly preferred. This position is ideally set for a male leader, not required, but preferred.
