$31.2K – $36.1K a year 11 hours ago Qualifications School experience Mid-level 3 years High school diploma or GED Bachelor’s degree Teaching Full Job Description Purpose The Proctor-Testing Coordinator will work in the Middle School department, monitoring assessments and testing administration, as well as assisting in the Middle School office when needed. Essential Job Functions Supports the School’s mission statement and the philosophy of the department and adheres to School policies and procedures, including but not limited to what is outlined in the Employee Handbook Monitors the assessments administered in the Extra Time and Make-Up Testing Room, which includes tracking student stop and start times and ensuring a quiet, secure, and comfortable testing environment Supports the ERB Testing Coordinator by supervising make-up testing and assisting with testing details and organization, as needed Creating and maintaining records of students assigned to testing room, dates, and completion status Communicate with faculty, students, and administration if a student misses a testing appointment and rescheduling students for a future testing appointment Implements accommodations for students in the testing room and communicates usage of accommodations with teachers and administration for record keeping purposes Supports the modification of testing documents to meet student accommodations including but not limited to copying support, transitioning tests from online to paper-based test, assuring white space, or regenerating / typing assessments to meet student accommodation plans Maintain accommodations supporting materials and resources (calculators, iPad’s, reading devices, etc.) Supports students with medical accommodations through scribing or other identified needs Supports students with absences to schedule testing appointments and assignment completion Communicates with administration when testing demand exceeds capacity within the given space or resource demand Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Department Supervisor or their designee Job Qualifications Education High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience and Qualifications Minimum 3 years’ experience teaching in an independent school environment
