Qualifications:

Valid administrative certification in Educational Leadership Minimum of 3 years of experience in education or school leadership Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Commitment to equity, innovation, and continuous improvement

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of instructional programs to ensure alignment with academic standards and school goals Provide instructional coaching and professional development to teachers and instructional staff Support new teacher onboarding and mentoring Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback Promote collaboration through professional learning communities (PLCs) Ensure fidelity of curriculum implementation and alignment with state and district standards Oversee the administration and analysis of formative and summative assessments Collaborate with curriculum teams to select instructional materials and resources Lead curriculum mapping and pacing guide development Analyze school-wide and subgroup performance data to identify areas for growth Guide teachers and teams in setting academic goals and tracking progress Develop and monitor action plans to close achievement gaps Work closely with school leadership to align academic priorities with school-wide goals Communicate effectively with families about academic programs and student progress Represent the academic team in leadership meetings, planning sessions, and compliance reviews Monitor student performance data and use it to inform curriculum adjustments and instructional support Lead initiatives to improve teaching practices and learning outcomes across grade levels or subject areas Coordinate and support intervention
