Solid Rock Community School, the originator of Compassionate-Humane Education, is seeking a dynamic school leader to join our growing team. We are looking for a passionate and proven school leader who: Has at least 5 years of leadership experience in education with at least 2 in leadership (principal, VP, etc.) Demonstrates a proven track record of student and staff success Possesses strong skills in team building, problem-solving, and school culture development Is driven by compassionate, student-centered values and a commitment to whole-child education Can lead with vision, integrity, and adaptability in a dynamic school environment Holds a minimum of a Master’s Degree Our school integrates innovative academics, plant-based nutrition, our own animal sanctuary, and real-world learning into every student’s experience.
