Student employees cannot work more than 1300 hours in a 12-consecutive month period. Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support to faculty and staff
Perform general office tasks such as copying, filing, and data entry
Answer and transfer phone calls using a multiline phone system
Greet and direct visitors
Assist with customer service and communication tasks
Run campus errands and deliver departmental materials as needed Shift Specifics Up to 25 hours per week
Flexible with schedule of availability
Required Qualifications Educational Requirements Must be enrolled in six or more undergraduate credit hours or three or more graduate credit hours at Georgia Southern University.
Preferred Qualifications Preferred Education Completed at least one semester of courses at a university Preferred Experience Basic experience with computers and copiers
Proposed Salary $10.00 per hour This is a non-exempt position paid on a biweekly basis. Required Documents to Attach
