With offices in Virginia, Georgia and North Carolina we are looking to add to our team in Atlanta, GA. Looking for a Framing Superintendent on a 320 unit Podium project, but invite all Superintendents to apply with more projects locked in for the back half of the year. What you will be doing:

Multi-family projects, mainly wood-frame: Podium, wrap, garden-style apartments Ground-up, new construction only Framing phases on all projects Working with Project Management team to ensure project completion and performance What you need for this position: 1+ years of multi-family framing experience 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent High School Diploma Benefits Competitive Base ($95,000-$115,000) + 15% Bonus 401k Match $750 Auto Allowance Cell, Gas, Laptop 15 Days
