Key Responsibilities:
Program Management:
Oversee all aspects of athletic programs, including sports teams, cheerleading, and other related activities.
Budgeting and Finance:
Prepare and manage the athletic department budget, including allocating funds for equipment, travel, and personnel.
Scheduling:
Coordinate schedules for games, practices, and athletic contests, ensuring compliance with conferences and league rules.
Facility Management:
Manage and maintain athletic facilities, ensuring they are safe and suitable for athletic activities.
Personnel Management:
Hire, supervise, and evaluate coaches and other athletic staff, addressing any disciplinary issues.
Compliance and Regulations:
Ensure the school’s athletic program complies with all relevant rules, regulations, and policies.
