The right Superintendent will have at least 5 years ofconstruction management experience on small and large projects ofmany different types, including but not limited to: healthcare,education, convention centers, laboratories, correctional,institutional, multi-family, retail, and other substantialconstruction projects. Asa Superintendent, you are responsible for Full Project FieldResponsibility of projects in excess of $10MM. • 5 years ofbuilding and construction management experience
• Provenconstruction experience
• Up to date with modern technology anddisplay excellent communication skills
• Working knowledge ofproject management process and software. (Microsoft Office andSAGE)
• General knowledge of construction principles/practicesrequired.
• Strong work ethic and desire to work in a teamenvironment and grow the company
• Must have a valid driver’slicense and ability to travel may be required.
