Job Description:
GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES
This part-time position supports functions within the Student Services and Enrollment Management Division including the Testing and Career Services Office, proctoring placement assessments and third-party tests and providing administrative support to the Testing and Career Services Office.
EXAMPLES OF DUTIES
Provide student-centered customer service and support.
Monitor and maintain a quiet and secure testing environment.
Conduct basic data integrity and input activities.
Acquire and annually renew proctoring certifications on multiple test platforms.
Perform other duties as assigned within Student Services and Enrollment Management.
Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent.
Dedication to providing student-centered customer service.
Understanding of the mission of Cape Cod Community College.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite; Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong web-based computing skills.
Strong customer service, interpersonal and oral communications skills.
Ability to work calmly and patiently with students and members of the College community, and to work effectively with a diverse population.
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent telephone and e-mail communication skills.
Ability to work as a team member. Additional Information:
COMPENSATION
$20 per hour, variable hours depending on enrollment cycle, but not more than 18 hours per week. Part-time, non-benefited, non-unit position.
