INTERIM ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL

FULL-TIME
The North Attleborough Public Schools is seeking a dynamic and collaborative educational leader to serve as Interim Assistant Principal at Community Elementary School for the 2025-2026 school year. This is a full-time, temporary position to support a leadership transition during a period of administrative change.
The Interim Assistant Principal will work closely with the Acting Principal and staff to foster a positive school culture, support student success, and ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day school activities. Key responsibilities include overseeing student discipline, supporting teachers and instructional practices, managing schedules and supervision duties, and helping implement school-wide initiatives aligned with district goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
Massachusetts licensure as an Elementary Principal/Assistant Principal (or eligibility)
Prior school-based leadership experience
Previous teaching experience in a public school setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated leadership abilities and collaborative skills
Commitment to student success and school improvement
Knowledge of special education processes and procedures
