Responsibilities:
TEAM CHAIR

Coordinate initial evaluations and reevaluations Schedule team meetings, including establishing workflows, sending meeting invites, and creating Zoom invites Chair the team meeting following special education procedural regulations, including creating the team meeting summary Ensure timelines are met for all special education paperwork Communicate with colleagues about procedures and timelines Communicate with families Observe students and programs and provide feedback to the Assistant Superintendent of Student Services Proofread IEPs and N1s for accurate information depicting the team meeting Process amendments, extended evaluations Coordinate services if contracted services are required Meet with team chairs and the Assistant Superintendent of Student Services weekly to review programming and student needs Assist in transition planning from building to building Assist in special education program development. Participate in Tiered Focused Monitoring with DESE Assist in planning for

Extended School Year Services Qualifications:
