Education Team Leader (ETL) – 1.0 FTE
The Mohawk Trail Regional School District is hiring a full-time Educational Team Leader to support
students in grades 7 through 12.

Responsibilities include:

• scheduling, coordinating, and leading IEP team meetings
• assigning and supervising sections of the IEP to related service providers
• writing key portions of the IEP
• participating in child study teams
• coordinating with guidance counselors, adjustment counselors, and other members of a
  student’s team
• Communicating with teachers about student progress
• Establishing and maintaining routines that support the team’s fidelity to timelines, as required
  by state and federal regulations

Requirements:

• MA certification in Special Education
• Experience with Esped or other web-based systems of IEP management
• Knowledge of the IEP process and laws
• Experience writing
• Experience scheduling and running virtual meetings using Google Meet
• Ability to communicate effectively with parents and school professionals
• Strong computer skills and understanding of Google Suite.
