Position Summary:
This role supports a positive workenvironment at RVCC by developing programs that help clinicianstransition, retain, and connect. Responsibilities include managingmentorship initiatives, providing training, and assisting leadershipteams. Professionalism, confidentiality, and safety compliance areessential.
Key Responsibilities:
Support clinicians in their transitionto RVCC Encourage clinician retention and satisfaction in theirworkplace Assist with building community and connections amongclinicians. This will include, but not limited to, the development andoversight of a clinician Mentoring Program, and the District Repinitiative. Assist in tracking the effectiveness and satisfaction ofprograms/initiatives. Attend the School-Based Leadership meetings whenthe meeting agenda Assist the School-Based Leadership team with tasks asassigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
Master?s Degree in Mental HealthCounseling or Social Work, and eligible for state licensure Minimum of 3years of experience working with children/adolescents in a clinical role(1 of which must be in schools), 3 years of experience collaboratingwith community organizations/programs and schools; strong organizationalskills, initiative taking, and relationship building. Excellent verbaland written communication skills; effective management and planningskills; interpersonal skills; crisis intervention skills; organizationalskills; attention to detail; ability to work within deadlines; knowledgeof legal and ethical issues pertaining to the profession all required.
