TALK Schools, Boston.
Hours:
Part-Time; 25-28 hours per week Job Responsibilities All functions and duties associated with daily school operations, including but not limited to:
- Provide program information to prospective students, in-person, via phone and via email;
- Ensure that all prospective and current students have completed all required paperwork and maintain all electronic student files;
- Maintain accounting processes and documents;
- Ensure student satisfaction by engaging with students and coordinating and leading student activities;
- Assist with ESL teaching as needed;
- Assist in academic advising as needed;
- Keeping informed as Designated School Official of regulatory requirements and policies and ensuring that the school is in compliance and following related TALK procedures (preferred but not required);
- Assist with student housing, ensuring student satisfaction;
- Assist with orientation and graduation;
- Assist with all operational, administrative and academic tasks as assigned by the School Director; Candidates should have/be able to demonstrate the following:
- Secondary Degree required, Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an office setting
- Experience in
ESL, EFL
highly desirable
- Cross-cultural or international experience and experience in client satisfaction and sales preferred
- Service oriented, having the ability to relate well to a wide range of cultural groups, and be willing and capable of promoting TALK Schools to future students
