Description TheConstruction Superintendent will be responsible for: Responsiblefor general supporting contract, subcontract documents, drawingsand specifications under direction from the Superintendent. Checkand verify subcontractor layout to ensure compliance withestablished control, line and grade. Monitor production and recordrates in logbook to be used for future scheduling. Maintain a setof production documents and update daily so an accurate picture ofwork in place is consistently maintained. Report any and all fieldconditions and issues to the Superintendent. Monitor job progresson-site, checking all work to ensure compliance with contractdocuments and the Quality Control Program. Work with Superintendentto develop and carry out the plan and schedule for project work.

Plan and prepare documentation to facilitate the close out processat the discretion of the Superintendent. Work with and coach fieldengineers on the project to facilitate their skills development.

Profile TheConstruction Superintendent candidates will possess the following:8 years years of Lead Superintendent experience Bachelor’s Degreein Construction Management or related preferred (or relevantexperience) Ground Up Multifamily $20M experience required Groundup project experience preferred Experience managing projects $20MExperience working locally around Boston preferred Ability tocommunicate with subcontractors and other project team membersAbility to work in a fast-paced construction environment Ability tomulitask Strong communication and interpersonal skill OSHAcertification Job Offer The Construction Superintendent willreceive: Competitive Base Salary, up to $185,000 100% Employer PaidBenefits Monthly Vehicle Allowance Education Reimbursements PaidHousing and Lodging in a top summer destination!
