healthcare, life science and higher education Projectsbetween $10M-$40M in value Projects in and around Boston Excellentclient relationships (80% repeat business) Opportunity to work withhigh profile clients Description Responsible for general supportingcontract, subcontract documents, drawings and specifications underdirection from the Superintendent. Check and verify subcontractorlayout to ensure compliance with established control, line andgrade. Monitor production and record rates in logbook to be usedfor future scheduling. Maintain a set of production documents andupdate daily so an accurate picture of work in place isconsistently maintained. Report any and all field conditions andissues to the Superintendent. Monitor job progress on-site,checking all work to ensure compliance with contract documents andthe Quality Control Program. Work with Superintendent to developand carry out the plan and schedule for project work. Plan andprepare documentation to facilitate the close out process at thediscretion of the Superintendent. Work with and coach fieldengineers on the project to facilitate their skills development.
