What You’ll Do:

As an Academic Services Assistant, you will work under the guidance of our academic support team to ensure smooth administrative operations. You’ll receive hands-on training in the following areas: Processing student transcripts accurately and efficiently Inputting and verifying transfer credits Managing student records and ensuring data accuracy Assisting with enrollment and registration processes Responding to basic inquiries from students and parents Organizing and maintaining academic files and documentation Supporting clerical tasks such as data entry and report preparation Collaborating with team members to streamline administrative processes
