(Level 35) Non-exempt $19.47 per hour

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday (40 hours per week 52 weeks annually) Job Summary The Partner Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the implementation of Education, Disabilities, Mental Health, and Coaching components across Head Start at assigned Early Head Start partner sites. This position ensures that high-quality early childhood education services are delivered in nurturing, engaging, and safe learning environments. The Partner Administrator supports staff development through coaching and mentoring while helping families access needed resources and encouraging their active participation in their child’s growth and development. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of early childhood education, and a commitment to empowering both staff and families. Success in this position depends on effective communication, collaboration, and a strengths-based approach to achieving shared goals. Education & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (required) Experience teaching children birth to age five (highly preferred) Must obtain the following within 6 months of hire: CLASS Training Certification DRDP Rater Reliability Certification Family Development Credential (next available cohort) CPR and First Aid certification required upon hire Strong written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in word processing and data entry Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple priorities Skilled in team-building, conflict resolution, and promoting inclusive practices Able to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality Key Responsibilities Provide on-site support and coaching to partnership staff, modeling effective teaching strategies, classroom management, and developmentally appropriate practices. Monitor and support the implementation of the Education, Disabilities, Mental Health, and Coaching components in accordance with Head Start Performance Standards and federal/state/local regulations Promote healthy classroom routines, including nutrition and self-care habits for children. Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and empower them to achieve self-reliance through goal setting and access to resources. Ensure timely documentation, screenings, referrals, and follow-ups to meet individual needs of children and families. Offer tools, training, and technical assistance to enhance staff performance and continuous professional development. Maintain effective communication with staff, supervisors, families, and community partners. Safeguard confidentiality and act as a mandated reporter in cases of suspected child abuse or neglect. Contribute to program planning, data analysis, and curriculum implementation. Actively engage in professional development and promote leadership within the organization This position requires the employee to maintain attention to safety at all times. Compliance with all safety policies is a must. Physical & Safety Requirements Must be able to lift/carry up to 40 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as kneeling, bending, and climbing. Requires ability to travel between sites and work in a classroom and office environment. Strong attention to safety and compliance with all policies is essential.
