This role involves working collaboratively with teachers. staff parents, and the community to enhance student achievement, promote effective teaching practices and ensure compliance with New Vineyard polices and procedures and state education standards. The Principal plays a vital role in shaping the school’s culture, vision, and strategic initiatives. Duties Leadership and Vision. Develop and implement a shared vision for the school that promotes academic excellence, equity, and a positve school culture. Oversee curriculum development to ensure alignment with educational standards and student needs. Lead school improvement initiatives, setting clear goals and objectives aligned with district policies and education standards. Instructional leadership.. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the community to create a supportive educational environment. Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance and provide professional development opportunities. Promote the use of data-driven decision-making to assess student performance, identify. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in educational leadership, administration or a related field.. Minimum of 5 years of experience in education, including teaching and administrative experience, preferably at the elementary level. Strong knowledge of elementary education, including teaching and administrative experience. Senior leadership experience with a focus on supervising staff effectively.
