Our center is an owner on site, non franchise, non corporate facility. CPH is a large facility serving over 220 students. DOES NOT
– enroll, manage class lists, transition children, bill parents, work with receivables or payments, facility maintenance, curriculum or lesson planning, ordering or supplies, vendors, kitchen ordering or menu planning. At CPH, the Administrator
IS RESPONSIBLE FOR – HR
to include hiring/firing and training staff. Responsible for ALL state standards to include DHHS, Health and Sanitation and fire. Responsible for training ALL staff to operate within state standards at a very high level. Responsible for opening the school at 7am along with our Office Manager. Responsible for professional parent communication with issues and resolving such issues in a very timely manner with the utmost professionalism. This position is the first line with the parents and staff. Developing and providing a positive work environment where staff feel heard and supported so that we retain quality staff is critical. Teambuilding skills are required. This position is fluid and is support along with other CPH Admin. Must be flexible to roll with whatever the day hands us. Cool in a crisis, leader in a crisis and positive every day. Skills and Requirements – Previous Admin experience at a large center. Live in close proximity to Huntersville. Teambuilding experience. Knowledge of all state standards. Detail oriented. Professional. Dependable. Hiring/Firing/Unemployment and staff documentation experience. Must work well with others. Calm, loving, professional demeanor. Confidentiality is a MUST for both staffing and customers. Most of all, you must love children and be a team player knowing that as a leader, you determine the training, motivation and daily operations of a large childcare facility and that is so important.
