Position Summary The primary purpose of this position is the management, coordination and oversight of multiple administrative activities for the Internal Medicine Residency Program in the Department of Medicine. This position will assist the house staff office during on-boarding, orientation, and interview season. The range of duties includes, but not limited to: managing catering orders, distributing electronic evaluations, scheduling interviews (with applicants and internal participants), coordinating meetings, and preparing incoming residents for residency. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions. Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience Prior experience scheduling interviews and coordinating meeting. Excellent organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience Prefer candidate with a clear understanding of Residency Programs and how the Medicine Department is structured and functions.
