Treasurer Duties include:
Receipting daily monies brought in for various school events/fundraiser/fees/lunches etc. Keeping up to date spreadsheets of funds Keeping track of lunch fees & reduced-price lunches(sending unpaid notices) Tracking/assisting with Purchase Orders Keeping track of budget (instructional) for your school Creating POs in Linq Ordering all school level items Writing checks and making electronic payments as needed Monthly bank reconciliations Collaboration with Admin on budget or spending items School Duties in general: Always up to admin decision- can change any time as needs arise Help with receptionist duties when needed Student assistance whenever needed – i.e. Band-Aids, thermometer checks, meds etc. Communication with parents in all areas Assisting with arrival/dismissal as needed Maintain relationships with vendors
