Cover Supervisor NCDAT Grade 3 Term Time + 1 Week To Start September 2025 Are you passionate about supporting young people and contributing to their educational journey? As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged and on task.
- Compiling and maintaining pastoral data to support student well-being and progress.
- Creating vibrant and inspiring displays around the school to enhance the learning environment.
- Undertaking general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the school.
- Accompanying staff and students on educational visits, enriching their learning experiences.
What we are looking for We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is well-organised, self-confident, and motivated, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a minimum of 4 relevant qualifications at a level equivalent to GCSE Grade C and above, including Maths and English.
- Ideally possess the Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification or equivalent.
- Have at least two years’ experience working with children in an educational setting, either in a paid or voluntary capacity.
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Possess sound IT skills to support administrative tasks and classroom activities.
