The Superintendent will play a critical role in managing publicprojects up to $35M , focusing heavily on scheduling, technologyintegration, and project timelines . Description Project Leadership:

Supervise publicprojects, including town halls, fire stations, DPWs, and libraries,typically valued up to $35M.

Scheduling & Technology:

Utilizescheduling tools (Primavera P6, Procore, Microsoft Project) tomanage timelines and ensure critical path milestones are met.

TeamCoordination:

Coordinate closely with project teams to maintainefficient communication and ensure project progression.

On-siteManagement:

Provide hands-on site management to meet project goals,maintain schedule adherence, and ensure quality and safetystandards.

Profile Experience:

5 years in a superintendent role,with a focus on public sector projects up to $35M.

TechnicalSkills:

Proficiency in Primavera P6, Procore, and Microsoft Projectis highly preferred.

Problem-Solving:

Strong critical pathscheduling and technical skills, with a proactive approach toovercoming scheduling challenges.

Tech-Savvy:
