Campbell High School has grades 9-12, with an enrollment of 340 students. This successful candidate will have strong interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills. Candidates should possess passion for helping students grow and learn and have the ability to form strong relationships with parents, staff and community members. The candidate must have the ability to balance a student-centered approach to overall social-emotional health while maintaining and upholding school policies and expectations. The Town of Litchfield is a rural/suburban community 7 miles long by 3 miles wide situated east of the Merrimack River between Nashua and Manchester. We enjoy strong support from our community, which has high expectations for achievement in our 3 schools that serve over 1,200 students: Griffin Memorial, Litchfield MS and Campbell HS. Imagine Greatness ~ Expect Success! Minimum Qualifications This candidate will have a Master’s Degree or evidence of working towards such with emphasis in administration and supervision. Minimum of three years’ experience as a teacher, five preferred. NH Department of Education Associate Principal certification or eligibility required. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to plan, direct, evaluate, control and manage the activities of students, teachers and other personnel assigned to the school.
