Job Summary-Serve as the educational leader of the school, responsible for overseeing all academic and administrative functions to ensure a safe, productive learning environment, implementing education policies, managing staff, and maintaining relationships with students, parents, and the community.
Qualifications-Masters Degree in Education, School Administration or related degree-New Hampshire License as a Principal-Three (3) to five (5) years of professional experience which encompasses teaching and educational leadership that is comparable to the responsibilities of a principal

Supervisor SuperintendentSupervises-All educators and staff-Associate Principal-Assistant PrincipalsPerformance ResponsibilitiesSetting Direction-Develop and implement a clear vision and plan for the school that aligns with district goals
- Understand the strengths and needs of the school and develops and inform the school improvement planning process
- Build consensus around the school improvement plan
- Clearly communicates the roles and responsibilities to staff in order to mee the school improvement goals
- Establish a sense of shared purpose
- Lead and motivate staff to achieve educational excellence
- Foster a positive school culture that promotes continuous improvement and high student achievement.
Building Relationships and Developing People-Consistently visible and approachable within the school
