Fort Lee Public Schools is seeking an

Elementary Principal Qualifications:

Must hold a NJ Principal Certification. Must have previous successful administrative experience, preferably at the building level Must have 5 years of teaching experience Must be a capable instructional leader that understands and utilizes a growth model Possess strong ability to lead in a collaborative, team environment Experience working with elementary aged students Experience working with both special education and ESL/bilingual education programs Possess strong interpersonal, problem solving, decision-making, and communication skills

Working Conditions:

12 month position, Tenure Track, benefits

Position Start Date:

On or before July 1, 2025
