POSITION

Elementary School Principal ♦

SALARY:

Commensurate with experience and qualifications ♦

QUALIFICATIONS

• New York State SDA or SBL Certification (required)
• Prior administrative experience in a school leadership role (required)
• Strong foundation in literacy instruction and demonstrated understanding of the Science of Reading
• Proven experience supporting diverse student populations, including culturally responsive practices and inclusive leadership
• Demonstrated ability to foster a positive school climate and lead school improvement initiatives
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to collaboration with faculty, families, and the broader school community ♦

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Leading the continued implementation of evidence-based reading instruction
• Supporting teachers through instructional leadership and professional development
