As the School Principal, you should have: Valid New York State School Building Leader (SBL) certification required; Students with Disabilities (SWD) certification preferred
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a principal or comparable educational leadership role
Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, school improvement, program evaluation, and staff development
Solid communication, interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills with the ability to innovate and adapt
Willingness to travel as needed; fluency in English required, additional language skills a plus
Your responsibilities as the School Principal will include: Lead daily school operations, ensuring compliance with educational laws and state regulations
Drive curriculum development and continuous improvement of instructional practices
Collaborate with teams to analyze student data and enhance academic performance
Support staff recruitment, evaluation, retention, and compliance with training requirements
Partner with leadership and the Board to advance strategic goals and uphold the school’s mission
