Lower elementary Assistant principal. Minimum 4 years experience. Ganeinu Academy Fresh Meadows, NY 11365 `A Jewish school is seeking a seasoned, dedicated assistant principal with a proven commitment to fostering a collaborative educational environment. Skilled in promoting teamwork and working respectfully with teachers to enhance the overall school experience. • Supervising and evaluating teachers and staff members
• Assisting in the development and implementation of educational programs and policies
• Collaborating with teachers to develop effective classroom strategies
• Supporting the Principal in disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
• Conducting regular meetings with staff to address concerns and provide guidance
• Assisting in the management of school events and activities, including fundraisers
• Participating in curriculum development and assessment initiatives
• Monitoring student progress and implementing interventions as needed
• Assisting in budgeting and resource allocation decisions ` To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
• Master’s degree
• Experience in education administration or leadership roles
• Strong communication skills, including public speaking and writing abilities
• Knowledge of curriculum development principles and practices
• Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
