Workplace Learning Coordinator SUMMARY:
Responsible toprovide students with employability training leading to full-timejobs, higher education or advanced training. Oversees work-basedlearning program ensuring students are actively participating in onand off-Center on-the-job training assignments to improve theiremployability skill set.
Workplace Learning CoordinatorResponsibilities Include:
Identifies viable work-based learningemployer sites Establishes supportive/mentoring relationships withstudents throughout their enrollment and provides employability andcareer counseling. Routinely evaluates student performance, andidentifies/remediates barriers preventing student achievement andsuccess. Provides transportation services to meet Centerrequirements. Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
& EXPERIENCEAssociate’s degree from an accredited school required. Bachelor’sdegree from an accredited school preferred. Prefer previous JobCorps, technical school or higher education experience. Computerliteracy and proficiency in spreadsheet and word processingapplications required. Must possess a valid in-state Driver’sLicense and meet the Company insurability requirements.
