Scope of responsibilities will include:

Direct, onsite supervision and oversight of all business-related operations, including personnel management in alignment with and in support of Financial Recovery initiatives. Moderate clerical support will be provided. Salary and benefits for this position will be regionally competitive.

Candidate Credentials, Guiding Principles, and Experience Preferred:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or related field, with experience in budgeting, accounting, purchasing, and other non-instructional purchases Demonstrated ability to manage an approximate $40 million budget Prior school district experience to ensure familiarity with PA reporting guidelines, deadlines, and responsibilities Familiarity with ProSoft navigation and operation Experience supervising office staff and promoting high standards and efficiency Completed PASBO coursework and interest in continued professional development Commitment to transparency, with the ability to accurately forecast pending challenges Comfort, preparedness, and communication style necessary to engage and lead effective stakeholder discussions on district finance For further consideration, interested candidates should forward a cover letter and resume to Administrative Coordinator Martha Hoover at .
