00/hr Position Summary Information Hours per week 10 hours per week Days Worked Flexible Hours/Shift worked Flexible (between the hours of 8:30 AM to 4 PM) Posting Detail Information Job Summary/Basic Function The Department of Exploratory Studies & Student Development is seeking a student to provide a variety of tasks to assist the office. Required Qualifications Enrolled Millersville University Student Dedicated and Have Good Work Ethic Able to work with other cultures and across differences. Commitment to diversity and inclusion Preferred Qualifications Job Duties Prioritize office work Greet and assist visitors to our office, ensuring that all student visitors sign in for appointments and complete surveys before departing Answer the phone and provide quality customer service to all callers who contact our office Participate in all departmental tabling events Complete ad hoc projects throughout the semester Assist department chair in any duties as assigned Maintain a neat and clean work environment through weekly cleaning Help AASD maintain confidentiality by promptly shredding documents on a weekly basis.
