1110116 Dean Close Foundation are looking to appoint a Domestic Services Team Leader to join our Domestic Services department. This is a part time role working 30 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.

This is a hands-on cleaning role within our school with responsibility for supervising an experienced team of cleaners, ensuring that our School, Boarding House and other areas are kept to a high standard of cleanliness. Other roles and responsibilities to include: To provide support to all cleaning staff in those areas To supervise cleaners as directed by the ADSM Support the ADSM in ensuring that the Health and Safety of all staff To assist in the implementation of improvement plans as required Support the ADSM on all recruitment activity including induction and training of newly appointed staff To help maintain the fabric of school buildings in good condition. To maintain high levels of cleanliness throughout the school.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in working within a busy Cleaning/Housekeeping department and previous supervisory experience is desirable but not essential.
